Different voices, one collective heartbeat. 🇺🇸✨

This Independence Day, we asked our community a simple yet profound question: What does freedom mean to you as a creator and a business owner?

Swipe through the carousel to see how our collective defines it.

Freedom is the ultimate canvas for our economic engine. It’s the autonomy to build, the opportunity to scale, and the choice to create our own lanes.

Now, we want to hear from you.

Congrats to Dappled Light being named USA TODAYS TOP 10 GLAMPING SPOTS in the country! We loved our incredible experience hosting our first ever KYC retreat in there cozy cabin and incredible glamping tents.

Book your next solo or group retreat here!

https://www.facebook.com/share/p/17R9BV4frU/?mibextid=wwXIfr

We have officially been named one of USA TODAY's 10 Best Glamping Spots in the Country — the only glamping and retreat destination in Kentucky to earn that recognition.

We're SO proud of this honor, but we think the more interesting story is what it points toward.

The same setting that earned national recognition — 50 private acres in Red River Gorge, cliffside views, genuine quiet, and space to breathe — is the setting we've been building for corporate retreats.

Not because it looks good in photos (although it does), but because environment shapes how people think.

Teams that step out of their usual surroundings have unique conversations. They listen differently. They solve problems they've been circling for months. They reconnect with each other and with the work that actually matters.
That's what Red River Gorge offers. And that's what Dappled Light Retreat Center is designed to support.

Yeah, we're also the place for glamping, wellness retreats, and micro-weddings, but if you're planning a leadership offsite, a team retreat, or a strategic planning session and want something more meaningful than another fluorescent conference room — we'd love to talk.

At Kentucky Creatives, we believe our “unbridled” energy should do more than just build brands—it should build up our community. That’s why we are officially launching our Quarterly Giving Initiative, starting this summer!

We are proud to announce our summer beneficiary: Kentucky Embraces You (KEY). 🏳️‍🌈✨ ()

KEY is dedicated to supporting and embracing LGBTQIA+ youth across the Commonwealth, and this summer, every KYC membership carries a deeper purpose.

The Strategy:
5% of all membership dues and new KYC business members will be donated directly to KEY now through August. This means every time you invest in your professional growth and our creative collective, you are directly investing in a more inclusive and supportive future for Kentucky’s youth.

Our mission has always been “Community Over Competition,” and now we’re adding “Impact Over Influence.” We’re moving beyond the scroll to ensure our collective success fuels the organizations doing the heavy lifting on the ground as we recognize international day against homophobia transphobia and biphobia.

Not a member yet? Now is the perfect time to join a community that creates for a cause. Visit the link in our bio to get started or kentuckycreatives.com.
