I’m so excited to officially welcome Ali to the Pivot2Boss team as our new Project Manager! 💙

What makes this especially fun is that Ali and I actually go way back.

We first met in 2019 when I was the Project Manager for an implementation at the surgical office where she worked. I remember noticing almost immediately how incredibly driven and detail-oriented she was. Her beautiful brain just works in a way that sees the pieces, catches the details, and figures out how to keep everything moving.

We stayed in touch over the years, and now things have come full circle.

As Pivot2Boss continues to grow, I knew I needed someone who could help me keep projects organized, support our clients well, and bring another thoughtful set of eyes to everything happening behind the scenes. I couldn’t be more excited to have Ali’s heart, wisdom, and seriously impressive brain joining our team.

She’ll be helping us keep projects organized and client support running smoothly so we can continue giving our clients the kind of experience and support I want Pivot2Boss to be known for.

We are so excited to celebrate the launch of Laura Purnell’s new website.

This project has been such a joy to create.

Every once in a while, a client comes along with such a rich body of work, a powerful story, and such a clear calling that the design process becomes more than just building pages. It becomes a process of gathering, listening, shaping, and helping their work finally feel at home online.

That is what this project felt like with Laura.

Laura came to this process with so many beautiful pieces already in motion: her book, her coaching, her hypnotherapy work, her HeartMath support, her workshops, her spiritual wisdom, her healing journey, and her deep desire to help others come home to themselves.

Our role at Pivot2Boss was to help bring those pieces together into one clear, beautiful, strategic online home.

And honestly, our team had the best time doing it.

Laura was such a dream to work with. Open, thoughtful, creative, trusting, and so deeply connected to the heart of her work. It was an honor to help her create a website that feels like her: magical, grounded, wise, warm, and full of invitation.

A few weeks ago, Candice reached out with a clear deadline:
