Walmart Is A Reseller, You Dumb F***
Every single day someone calls me a greedy reseller.
Every single day someone calls me a scalper.
Every single day someone tells me I’m a piece of s**t because I buy and sell things.
And every single day I laugh.
Not because I’m offended.
Because most of the people saying it don’t even understand what a reseller is.
Walmart is a reseller.
Amazon is a reseller.
Target is a reseller.
Best Buy is a reseller.
Your local card shop is a reseller.
The gas station you stopped at this morning is a reseller.
A reseller buys something and sells it to someone else.
That’s literally how most businesses on Earth work.
Without resellers, you wouldn’t be replacing that video game you lost 10 years ago.
You wouldn’t be finding that rare collectible you’ve been hunting for.
You wouldn’t be buying replacement parts for your vacuum cleaner.
You wouldn’t be finding discontinued products that stores quit carrying years ago.
Resellers don’t create demand.
They fill demand.
We save people time.
We save people travel.
We save people from spending weeks, months, or years searching for something they want.
You can call it whatever you want.
But that’s called capitalism.
The funny part is that the same people screaming “resellers are the problem” usually spend hundreds of dollars a month at Walmart.
They’ll support the largest reseller in America without thinking twice.
Then turn around and attack a small business owner for doing the exact same thing on a smaller scale.
Make that make sense.
You don’t have to like every reseller.
You don’t have to buy from every reseller.
But if you think reselling itself is evil, while shopping at Walmart every week, you’re not making a moral argument.
You’re just exposing your own hypocrisy.
