Last time around could only hit 245lb for 1. 3 months later and we’re up 10lbs. Maybe 20lbs. Gonna shoot for a raw 265lb come Monday. 🦍🤌🏼

I guess for my first post I can lead off with where I started, and where I am now. I started taking my fitness serious on May 21st of 2023. Ever since then I’ve became addicted with bettering myself and seeing what lengths I can go in the gym. I began feeling sorry for myself and being extremely uncomfortable with the way I looked. Months later and I’m sitting at about 205 lbs and I feel better than I ever have. Mentally and physically. This is only the beginning.💪🏼🦍
