There is some real fat kid stuff going down! 😆 I seen a lady on social media that coated her potatoes and onions in flour. Her main tip was to flip them and not stir them while frying. They are good. Not life changing, but good. Not sure it’s worth the extra carbs, but I’m definitely not mad at it. On a side note, I need to stop following cooking pages. Lol. Except What Mickey Eats ofcourse. 😉 😆

Most of my favorite childhood memories included hot wings at family gatherings. My family served them for Super Bowl, New Year Eve’s or anytime the craving struck. This dish always made whatever the occasion was feel special. My family loves when these saucy, fiery delights are on the menu. I have to stress that there is no substitute for Frank’s RedHot cayenne pepper sauce in this recipe. It is the best!!! It tastes the best and gives the sauce the best consistency. Serve with your favorite ranch or blue cheese dip and celery and carrot sticks.

MICKEY’S KICKED UP HOT WINGS 🔥🔥🔥

-4 lbs of chicken wings pieces

-2 cups of Frank's RedHot Original Sauce (Do not buy the Frank's Wing sauce. It holds no comparison to making your own.)

-1 stick of melted butter

-1 tablespoon of Granulated garlic powder

-5 drops of Tabasco sauce (More or less depending on the amount of heat you like)

-Canola Oil for frying OR YOU CAN BAKE THEM.

In a medium sauce pan melt butter. After butter is melted remove from heat. Pour Frank's and Tabasco in with butter. Add a teaspoon on granulated garlic, Stir well with a spoon and set aside.

Season wing pieces with garlic powder and rub into wings to prevent burning. I'm heavy handed on the garlic but it depends on your own preference. *Deep fry or pan fry your wings at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until they float. Turn chicken once during cooking.

Take chicken directly out of cooking oil, draining excess oil with a slotted spoon. Toss in the hot sauce mixture and serve with ranch and blue cheese dressing. Celery served with this makes it extra yummy! Sometimes I put red pepper flakes in my sauce for appearance.

*Also wings can be baked at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy. You also can broil them after they are done to crisp them up. Then just toss in hot sauce mixture.

I think they are so much better fried.

Enjoy!!!

•3 T Worcestershire sauce
•2 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
•2 tsp granulated garlic powder
•1 tsp onion powder
•1/8-1/4 tsp(your preference) cayenne pepper powder

Preparation:

Heat oven 250° F. In a large bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels, snack mix, rye chips, and Cheez-It crackers. Set aside. Mix Worcestershire sauce and dry seasonings with melted butter.
