Dig if you want—but fill it in before you leave?

Unpopular opinion: Deep sand holes collapse. People get trapped. Emergency crews get called. And the holes left behind become hazards for everyone else. Never dig deeper than your waist!!

I am all for fun and letting kids be kids when at the beach, but I can't forget the news reports where kids have literally been buried alive when their holes and tunnels collapse.

This is an affordable, less than $20 dinner that you can put together fast. Great for those busy weekdays! I will add the recipe to the comments as well 😄

LOW CARB CHICKEN, SPINACH & MUSHROOM BAKE • 1.5-2 lbs thin chicken breast • Seasonings of choice (pepper, garlic & herb, italian, all purpose, etc..) • Fresh baby spinach • 1 Large container fresh mushrooms • 1 block Cream cheese, softened (or 1 container of garlic & herb • 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil • 1/2 cup chicken broth • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or Italian blend)
1) Preheat oven to 375°
2) Grease a 9x13 pan
3) Lay out chicken in single layer
4) Top with seasonings, spinach and mushrooms
5) Whisk together softened cream cheese, oil and chicken broth. Pour over mixture.
6) Lay a piece of loose foil over the top (do not seal).
7) Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 20-25 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through)
8) Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
9) Bake uncovered for 10 minutes to melt cheese. Let sit for 10 minutes to cool and soak in juices
Serve as is for a low carb option, or over rice, or pasta of choice! I have also used riced cauliflower as a filler.

I am a SAHM who resales part time to bring in extra money for my family. There is money being thrown away everyday. This was part of an old kodak camera and film bundle I picked up for $30.
This was actually an international sale, with the buyer being in South Korea.
