I drank this for 5 days and felt the difference in my body and mood
Healing Turmeric Tonic Recipe:
Ingredients:
½ tbsp grated turmeric
½ tbsp grated ginger
3 tbsp lemon juice
A pinch of ground black pepper
1 cup warm water
How to Make:
Warm 1 cup of water — not boiling, just comfortably hot.
Add turmeric, ginger, and black pepper. Stir well.
Let it sit for 2–3 mins.
Mix in lemon juice and sip slowly.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped kosher dill pickles

Instructions:

Grilled Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers – High Protein, Carb-Free
Ingredients: Protein: 35g
1.5 lbs chicken breast or thighs (cubed) 🍗
3 tbsp olive oil 🫒
3 tbsp grated Parmesan 🧀
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 🌿
Salt & pepper 🧂
Garnish: chopped parsley, extra Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
Mix marinade ingredients. Add chicken, marinate 30 min–2 hrs.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill 4–6 min per side until cooked (165°F/75°C).
Sprinkle with Parmesan & parsley. Serve hot.

Just wanted to share my breakfast prep for the week.
1 pound breakfast sausage
10 eggs
Half red bell pepper
A little cheese
350 for 20 minutes.
I just used a regular muffin pan, but mini would work too. You'll want to mix the sausage, cheese, and bell peppers together and put them in the pan first, then pour the egg on top. Also, they don't rise, if anything they shrink a tad. It's ok to fill egg to the top of you wanted.
They are very good.

Just made these cheese crisps, They are good! Sprinkled everything bagel seasoning on and put in oven 275° for 30 mins. any kind of cheese slices into squares, put any seasoning you like on them. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, bake at 275° for 30 minutes

Sorry folks I am new at Keto and to this group sorry if I didn’t post the recipe before so here it is.
I first sprayed the pan olive oil, used 3 TBSP of Rao marinara sauce since I already had a jar opened, but you could use Rao’s pizza sauce
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 25 pcs of pepperoni and 3 slices of green bell pepper topped it off with red peppers. According to carb manger this all was only 4 net carbs

Black Pepper Chicken with Mushrooms – Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) chicken breast or thighs, bite-sized
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil (for marinade)
1 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil (for cooking)
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, minced
1 cup mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, or button), sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced (optional)
½ green bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions:
Marinate chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and nearly cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
Add mushrooms and peppers, stir-fry 3–4 more minutes until veggies are tender-crisp and chicken is done.
Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 scoop (≈30g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, blueberries, protein powder, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill for 15–30 minutes for a firmer mousse texture.
