I’ll never forget where I was when the tragic news broke and the world seemed to stand still. Do you remember where you were when the Twin Towers were hit? 💔

✨ God is so good ✨

I went for my physical today and I’m beyond grateful for the report I received. 🙏 In 2022 I was 144 lbs—today I’m 128. For some it may not seem like much, but for me it’s a blessing and a victory. Even more, my A1c has gone from 9 to 6.8 🙌 That’s nothing but God giving me the strength to keep going.

The changes I’ve made:
☕ Switching to mushroom coffee & chicory coffee
🚫 Letting go of creamer
🥗 Choosing more fruits & veggies (while still enjoying a little treat here & there)
🌿 Taking sea moss, collagen & L-Carnitine shots daily
🚶 Walking 3–5 days a week

It’s truly about discipline, prayer, and trusting the process. Every small step matters. ✨

✨ Today was such a blast! We did a little shopping before heading to see Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias for his Don’t Worry, Be Fluffy Tour. 🛍️🎤 The show was absolutely phenomenal—so many laughs and even a few tears. 🥹😂 I’d definitely see him again in a heartbeat! 💯🔥
