Kirkland chicken, fat-free cheddar, sugar-free honey mustard, and honey mustard protein pretzels wrapped up and pan seared.
Sweet. Tangy. Crunchy. And packed with protein 💪
Ingredients:
1 high protein wrap
1 cup Kirkland chicken chunks
1 cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup fat free cheddar cheese
2 tbsp sugar free honey mustard
1 small bag honey mustard protein pretzels (crushed)
Instructions:
-Toss chicken, lettuce, cheddar, honey mustard, and crushed pretzels together in a bowl
-Add everything to the wrap
-Wrap it up tight and sear in a pan until crispy on both sides
