We are hiring for Event Production Assistants for THE Conference: Live at Lititz 2025. Each year, we bring in a group of talented next gen live event professionals who help support this event and make it a reality.

Not only are the EPAs an important part of the production, but we work to make sure they have access to content and mentorship opportunities.

Ticket Update for Corporate/Vendor attendees!

We're so excited to offer the opportunity to purchase tickets to more attendees, but we need a little more time to confirm inventory.

Any remaining corporate/vendor tickets will now be released on Tuesday, September 16th on a first come, first serve basis with a limit of (2) per company.

Celebrating 🌎 by continuing to keep sustainability at the forefront of the conversation. At THE Conference, we strive to take care of our planet by understanding our carbon footprint with help from our friends , creating our Studio 1 stage using primarily recycled or modular products, reducing meat in catering and focusing on sustainable food choices, limiting plastic with reusable water bottles from , and offering interactive sessions on designing for sustainability.
