53 and feeling grateful. 💫

As I close out this year celebrating another trip around the sun, I’m taking a moment to reflect on what really matters. This community of incredible women who show up, share their stories, and remind me daily that we’re all figuring it out together—you mean everything to me. ❤️‍🔥

To my ride-or-dies who’ve been there through every pivot and every celebration, and to the friends I’ve made in this beautiful online space—thank you for seeing me, supporting me, and making midlife feel like the best life. 🥰

As I step into 53, I’m carrying forward some big dreams for the new year. More courage. More joy. More of the things that light me up and less of what dims that light. I’m ready to bet on myself in new ways and keep building this amazing chapter. 🙌🏻

Here’s to all of us—to the wisdom we’re gaining, the paths we’re carving, and the reminder that our best years aren’t behind us, they’re unfolding right now.

What’s one thing you’re grateful for as we head toward a new year together? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to celebrate with you. ✨

Lunch hour FOMO doom scrolling. 👀

It’s a thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This may not be glamorous, but an AirBnB room light stand can act as an improvised wig stand/tree when you forget yours, and it’s a travel hack I can’t live without!

Share your best wig travel hack with me 🤭🙌🏻

Well folks, who’s it gonna be today?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

What I love about women is our diversity of expression. We can hold space even in contradiction: artists, activists, astronauts, daredevils, outlaws, scientists, warriors, writers, and everything in between.

You are never too old, too small, or too late to live the life you want even if it means rewriting the rules to do it. 🙌🏻✨

😬 Such a loaded question for a wig wearer!

The compliment? Chef’s kiss. But the answer? That’s where it can get interesting.

Some days I’m an open book: “Thanks! It’s actually a wig, and I’m obsessed with it.” Other days, I keep it simple with “Oh, I switch it up at home!”

Here’s the thing—you don’t owe anyone an explanation about your hair choices. Whether you share that you’re wearing a wig is 100% your call. Your privacy, your comfort, your business.

But when you DO choose to share? The reactions are everything. Some people are genuinely curious and supportive. Others are shocked (in a good way!) that wigs can look THIS good. And honestly? Both reactions are valid.

So next time someone asks where you get your hair done, remember: there’s no wrong answer. Just YOUR answer.

How do you handle the “where do you get your hair done?” question? Drop your go-to response below! 👇
