🚨 Big changes for Arkansas h**p products 🚨

If you’ve noticed those v**e shop shelves looking empty, here’s why: A recent ruling by the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals allows Arkansas to enforce its ban on h**p-derived products with psychoactive cannabinoids like delta-8 and concentrated delta-9.

The case stems from Act 629 of 2023, which outlawed popular products once sold in a legal gray area. Now, businesses and consumers face potential criminal penalties for selling or possessing these items.
