....Extreme Heat Early-Mid Week, Cooldown Late Week into Next Weekend...

Our guys at Yates Maintenance & Skyward Roofing is giving us a cold front late this week to combat the BRUTAL stretch of 105-115+ heat index temperatures at the beginning of the week!

Temperatures will cool down to the upper 80s/low 90s and could even see lows sneak into the 60s in northern AR Saturday Morning (8/2/25)!

A record breaking attendance and SO much support for a town that's recovering from a BRUTAL spring filled with severe weather!

Good Morning Arkansas!

Good news! There are no extreme heat warnings across the state for today!

Temperatures are expected to be a few degrees cooler than they have been the past few days!

Highs are expected to be in the mid to upper 90's across the state! Most of the state, however, is under a heat advisory for today!

Tired of the heat? I got some good news!

We go from being in the deep fryer early next week to being in the oven as we move into early August! Referring to the (7/28 - 8/2 week)

Temperatures will range from the upper 80s to mid 90s with storm chances returning by late next week!

And before anyone says anything, no the blue does not mean snow 😂

**EXTREME HEAT WARNING FOR MUCH OF WEST CENTRAL, CENTRAL & EASTERN ARKANSAS**

We have another quiet and very hot day ahead of us for your Thursday timeframe!

Highs will be in the mid 90's to about 102 degrees today!

We continue to have that heat advisory that goes for a majority of the state today. East and most of Central and West Central Arkansas are under an extreme heat warning.

Your heat indices are going to be about 100-110+ across the state today!

As always we encourage that, if you are going to be outside, make sure that you stay hydrated & LIMIT time outdoors if possible!
