FAINT NORTHERN LIGHTS ON OUR SKYCAMS! 🚨

Special thanks to Joint Forces K9 Group and the Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas for these views of the northern lights on our skycam network!

It's faint on the horizon but definitely visible! We have the potential tonight & tomorrow night (we apologize for the confusion earlier!)

NORTHERN LIGHTS TOMORROW NIGHT - THURSDAY AM:

A G4 watch has been issued for tomorrow night-Thursday morning!

Given the GREAT conditions, we are looking at the potential of seeing northern lights in parts of the state!

Although this won't be as strong as October 2024 (unless something changes over the next 24 hours), this still looks possible with the right camera and a location away from city lights!

We'll keep you updated on the latest!

Good Morning Arkansas!

A little bit of a slight warm up in temperatures is expected for your Tuesday timeframe!

Highs are expected to be in the mid 50's to mid 60's across the state today!

You are going to want to hold on to your hats today! Wind gusts could reach upwards to 30-40 MPH, isolated gusts up to 50 MPH in the higher elevations!

Good Morning Arkansas!

I hope that you all were able to break out your warmer clothes because today you are definitely going to need it! Temperatures are going to be down right cold for your Monday timeframe! 🥶

Highs are expected to be in the low to upper 40's across the state!

Wind chills today are going to be rather brisk ranging from the low 30's to the low 40's! Wind gusts will range from 15-20 mph!

Good Morning Arkansas!

After having a nice pleasant few days, we are going to rapidly cool off due to a cold front that has made its way through the state!

We could even see the potential for seeing some snow flurries in Northwest Arkansas!

Today is expected to be rather cold with highs in the low 40's to upper 50's across the state! We may see a couple of 60 degree temperatures in far Southeast Arkansas!

Skies are expected to be relatively cloudy across the state for your Sunday timeframe!

Arkansas will literally go from the 30s/40s on Monday (11/10/25) to near 80 by the end of next week like it got away from a state trooper 😅🥴

👀👀👀 Hey Crossett check this out! We have a new camera location going up in town! This one will officially be online next week but the install is going on today! This will be the third camera in Ashley County! We have been working hard with the Ashley County OEM office to get this one up!
More are on the way across southern Arkansas as the Natural State Live Camera network continues to grow!

The morning dense fog will burn off and result in sunny skies across the state with highs near 80 degrees!
