FATHER'S DAY SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE 🚨:

Haven't had a lot of time to talk about this one but there is a Level 2/5 risk for severe weather on Sunday 6/21/26!

Although timing is still VERY uncertain, there will likely be some sort of a line of strong-severe storms that will move down into Arkansas late Sunday afternoon into Sunday night!

Damaging winds should be the main threat but can't entirely say no to a tornado threat!

We'll have more details over the next couple of days!

Statewide 7 Day Forecast:

A very typical summer-like forecast is expected for Arkansas over the next 7 days!

Tomorrow, wind gusts could exceed 25 MPH as our new "cold front" moves into the area, we have been watching a tropical system in the gulf but impacts should stay well south of Arkansas!

Daily rain/storm chances (hit/miss storms) should pick up after Saturday, overall rainfall totals looks very low (generally under .50")

Temperatures... for June standards... aren't expected to be terrible with highs in the 80s/low 90s and lows in the 60s/70s!
