AI is amazing and so cool except for when it acts like a toddler and I crash out and start yelling at my phone. Like how can you be so smart and so dumb at the same time.

Where are my empty planner girlies? For someone who loves to check things off a list, I sure do slack off when it comes to actually writing in a planner. RIP to all the money I spent on very beautiful empty planners.

I am so tired of being a full on couch slug who just sits around scrolling social media all day. I need a hard reset. You know like when you call IT and they’re like “can you turn it off and back on again?” And I’m making this all up as I go along. Wish me luck.

2.5 minutes of tiny owl feathers condensed into 40 seconds because some things are just better in fast forward.

This is lesson 2 of Watercolor Wizardry (The Tale of the Skeleton Tree) and painting this little owl wizard on his gnarled branch has been one of the most satisfying things I’ve made in a while. There’s something about fantasy watercolor that just pulls you in and doesn’t let go.

There’s a frog in a witch hat sitting on a signpost that says “Not This Way,” “Wrong Way,” and “Get Lost” and honestly he is the most helpful guide I’ve ever painted.

Working through Watercolor Wizardry lessons and the magic is very real. 🐸✨

Okay so here’s the thing. When I closed the bakery I told myself I’d never share my recipes. They felt too personal, too tied to something I was grieving a little bit.

But I keep thinking… these are too good to just live in my head.

So I’m asking, if I put together a little recipe collection from the bakery, what would you actually want? The cookies? The scones? Something else? Tell me in the comments because your answers might just push me over the edge. 👇🍪

I joined ’s Patreon for her 100 tiny painting tutorials and I cannot stop. This foggy mountain forest is my second painting from the series, a 6x8 after starting with a little 4x4. There is something about painting small that just feels so freeing. No pressure, just paint and mist and trees. 🌲

Setting up my beautiful Kristin palette that I bought myself for Christmas (from the incredible ). I finally joined ‘s Patreon and can’t wait to learn more from her!
