Lavender Lemonade — calming, citrusy, and perfect for spring 💜
This lemonade is revitalizing, relaxing, and attractive in color.

Ingredients:
– 4 cups water
– 1/4 cup edible dried lavender
– 1 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
– Ice + lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

Boil 2 cups water, add the lavender, and let steep for 10 minutes.

Strain and combine with lemon juice, remaining water, and sweetener.

Chill and serve over ice.

I made dinner in the crock pot today and it was SO GOOD!!! I cooked this like a roast, but with chicken! ❤️

In my crock pot I used:
-boneless chicken
-carrots, diced celery, diced red potato
-unsalted chicken broth
-great value pot roast seasoning
-kinders woodfired chicken seasoning

I cooked it in the crock pot on low for 6 hours and shredded the chicken with a fork ????

My bowl has:
-6 oz boneless chicken 0WW points
-3/4 cup carrots 0WW points
-3/4 cup red potato 0WW points
-1/4 cup unsalted chicken broth 0WW points
-1/4 cup celery 0WW points

I'm having 2 Kroger carbmaster rolls with my dinner for 3WW points.

My evening meal tonight is 3WW points, 66 grams of protein, and 525 calories!

POTATO PANCAKES

4 cups cold mash potatoes

5 slices bacon

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 eggs well beaten

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to make it :

Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crisp about 10 minutes.

Remove the bacon slices, crumble set aside.

Leave the bacon drippings in the skillet.

Mix mashed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl;

stir in the crumbled bacon and Cheddar cheese.

Form the mixture into 8 patties.

Heat the bacon drippings over medium heat,

pan-fry the patties in the drippings until crisp on each side,

about 4 minutes per side.
