San Antonio Creek Falls is a waterfall accessible via a section of the Arnold Rim Trail in the Stanislaus National Forest near Arnold, California. It's a beautiful falls on a network of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The falls are often viewed from above, but on this day we found the trail to the top of the Falls! Adding video clips to the album!

LITTLE BROTHER S30
The scopes haven't been out in awhile. Both are working The Ghost of Cassiopeiae, a nebula in the constellation of the same name. These are images from the little scope, Seestar S30.

It is 550 light-years from Earth. It's nicknamed the "Ghost Nebula" due to its flowing gas and dust veils. The nebula's appearance is shaped by radiation from the nearby blue-white giant star, Gamma Cassiopeiae, which is 19 times more massive than the sun.

The nebula's red glow comes from hydrogen bombarded by ultraviolet radiation from Gamma Cassiopeiae, while the blue/gray color comes from light reflecting off the nebula's dust.

The large star in this image is Gamma Cassiopeia. It is visible to the naked eye and is located at the center of the constellation's "W" asterism. It emits as much energy as 34,000 suns.

The Nebula is both a reflection nebula, reflecting the nearby star's light, and an emission nebula, releasing hydrogen-alpha radiation.

Seestar S30, EQ Mode, 4k, 154 minutes of 60 Second exposures, Denoised in Seestar, edited in Lightroom.
