Hi all! Thanks for stopping by Ricklynn Roost inspired designs. I’m Cassie, the owner, creator and maker behind the work you see.
Lots of businesses have a great backstory, I can tell you that mine didn’t start with a fairytale beginning but it certainly has created many blessings along the way. I started this journey when times were tough and extra income was needed. Fast forward to today and this is my income and my way of showing my son that anything is possible.
We all get our inspiration from somewhere, someone or a situation. Along the line, mine happened to come in phases; hardship, lots of loss and circumstances that I dealt with to the best of my ability. All pointed me in the directed of where I am today.
Ricklynn Roost is not only my business but a way to honor my late Grandma, Rick Lynn. I could write a book with endless pages and I still wouldn’t be able to touch on the impact my grandma had on my life. With life, there is loss and some of those losses are greater than we can ever prepare for. I found my outlet, creating art. With each sign, with each stroke of the paint brush, good days and bad, I hear my grandmas sweet voice telling me to “buck up sis and just keep going”. Ricklynn Roost, named after my grandma Ricky Lynn who loved... you guessed it roosters!
I wouldn’t be the person I am today without the emotional rollercoaster of a life that I have lived, without the support of my family who never doubted my ability, the friendships that I have made and lost along the way and without the support of folks like you reading this intro, placing orders and supporting my dream to “buck up”.
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for helping me heal and grow each day. My business and my family are grateful!
