💙 Sometimes it's nice to put down the microphone (and turntables), and pickup a hammer. This past Saturday morning, my daughter and I had the privilege of volunteering with Sleep in Heavenly Peace at their “Build a Bed” event in Lompoc. 🛏️✨

Together with an amazing group of volunteers, we helped build beds so that local children-in-need have a safe, comfortable place to sleep—because no kid should sleep on the floor in our town! 🙌

It was such a rewarding experience to give back to our community, side-by-side with my daughter. 💕

🎉 Big cheers and a HUGE congrats to Amber & Nelson — the new Mr. & Mrs.! 💍💃🕺 These awesome Lompoc locals (yep, I’m a Lompoc local too!) tied the knot in serious style at the legendary Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo. 🌸 The Secret Garden set the scene for a gorgeous ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour full of great vibes, a delicious dinner, and a dance party that lit up the Venetian Room all night long! 🪩🎶

And get this… Nelson’s brother gave Amber the ultimate “welcome to the family” gift — a New York Mets jersey! Apparently, she’s already working her magic because the Mets are only a half-game out of first place! 🍀⚾️

Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and championship seasons. 💙 Let’s hear it for Amber & Nelson! 🥂
