The fact that this was 5 years ago blows my mind. 😮 I can't believe we've been farming for 8 years now. We knew we were going to do two things, keep growing mushrooms, and get piggies! Now we have a full product line of wonderful farm products, and a host of animals cruising around, and Josh is getting a Masters degree in Herbal Medicine. Start with an idea and be wide open to where it takes you ❤️

I have a hard time drawing a circle. My wonderful friend, Nancy Heron, does not have that problem. I only recently discoveted that she is stunning with a paintbrush and water colors. She made this wonderful card for me. The tea bag is slipped into the cup 😲❤️

The finished dinner! Homemade chickpea pasta, fresh, sliced tomatoes, blistered bell peppers and onions, stir fried chunks of Salmon, Tossed with our own Hansen's Harvest KY Herb Infused Olive Oil & sprinkled with parmesian cheese. Deeelicious!! 😋
