“Assembling”

Once given bits of information, will you persist in assembling the oracle?

One Possible Story
In Archive, I request bits of information to continue assembling the oracle. Then, I’m walking in a Northern Woodlands forest on a clearly marked path. I arrive at an intersection of paths and I pause.
I’m called to take the path that goes up the Mountain. As I walk, I see and feel Flowers emerging from the ground and blooming to cushion and support my every step.
All of creation, especially the Flowers, supports my assembly of the oracle.

“Valuation”

At what point do you re-assess value judgments?

One Possible Story
Value judgments are made based upon experience and information available at the time they’re made. The trick
is to remain open to the possibility that NEW experience or information might change the value judgment.
It is tricky, indeed. Ego, our Knight in Shining Armor, does not want those fundamental values changed. They want everything to stay the same. “It’s worked up to now, don’t rock the boat.”
For years, I valued “family unity” as a primary value. To be clear, that had certain parameters I expected my husband to honor about how he spent his “free time”. We often disagreed about that. Then, John got sick and needed a bone marrow transplant. Through the experience of intense “family unity” of his treatment and recovery, I came to see Freedom as more important than anything. Real freedom: non-coercive acceptance of the dream each person lives of how to be most themselves.
There was a radical change in my perspective and it created a fundamental shift in our marriage. It creates more than a few challenges. And freedom engenders freedom.
I re-assess value judgments when my lived experience demands it.

"Assembling"

Once given bits of information, will you persist in assembling the oracle?

One Possible Story
Standing in Archive, I pose the question: What information is revealed to me today to guide my way?
I see an ancient and beautiful leather-bound book open and plants sprout from the junction where pages converge at the binding. Flowers bloom in fast-action.
My right hand reaches out and takes hold of a modest ream of pages from the end of the book. They easily slid out.
These bits of information guide me to know it is time to edit the book I wrote in 2019 called The Story Of The Flowers.

4444 is a sacred echo from the unseen realms, a sign that you are surrounded by divine presence and guidance. It speaks of alignment, inner wisdom, and the quiet strength of building your life in harmony with your soul’s truth. This number arrives as a blessing—whispering that you are protected, supported, and exactly where you need to be. Trust the unfolding. The foundation you’re laying now is part of a higher design.

“Self-Mastery”

With which virtues do you express self-mastery?

One Possible Story
A definition of ‘virtue’ is an ideal ethical posture we aspire to by thoughtful and repeated practice.
Kindness is the virtue highlighted today for me. What opportunities will I find to be kind? Will I then be kind to that other being or will I allow the opportunity slip by?
A small Spider has constructed a quarter-sized web along the frame of the back door in my kitchen. Instead of removing Spider by killing them or by scooping them up and putting them outside in the freezing New Englad winter, I will let Spider be.
I am Mountain, supported by the Flow of all creation, destruction and every nuanced thing in-between. I aspire to Self-Mastery and call upon Kindness to inform my way.

“Sentience”

How do you use sentience, the intelligence of feeling and emotion, to inform the Flow of all creation and destruction?

One Possible Story
Emotion is sometimes inconvenient. It is also so essential a part of being human that Water is it’s symbol in the trigrams of Earth Wysdom.
The “intelligence” of emotion resides not in our minds, but in our gut and lower in the trunk of our bodies. This is why strong emotion sometimes startles us as it rises.
I practice paying attention to emotional states. I strive to ride waves of emotion that help fuel my participation in the Flow of all creation and destruction.

"Tree of Light"

In the final age of stars, long after Earth had become dust, the Architects built the Sphere, an ark of memory drifting silently through deep time. At its heart, they planted the Tree of Light.

It wasn’t a tree in the old sense. It pulsed with data: roots sunk into quantum soil, branches reaching across dimensions, leaves whispering the histories of a thousand lost worlds.

Pilgrims came: drifters, exiles, those whose planets had gone dark. They stood before the Tree, and it remembered them. It sang to each in their native tongue, offered fragments of home, and asked only one thing: Tell me your story.

And so the Tree grew, not with fruit but with truth.
