Casper, a stray at Ventura County Animal Services, was so stressed in his kennel that he spent hours playing with a ball all by himself 💔🐾

Despite it all, staff say he’s incredibly sweet, walks great on a leash, and just needs the right home to thrive. He’d do best as the only dog or in a home without small animals—somewhere he can finally feel safe and loved. 🏡💛
