…every 3 minutes lol.

It’s giving up sleep, peace, and half your plate
just to make sure they good. From school runs to pep talks, from fixing broken toys to building unbreakable love.

Dads out here movin’ like superheroes… without the cape but with the belly. 😅

Another year older and I celebrated it just the way any hardworking grown man dreams of… by clocking in for a regular workday. No balloons, no spa day; just emails, gear, and grind.

But the real birthday treat? My 7-year-old daughter took me out… to see the Minecraft movie. Because clearly, nothing says “Happy 53rd, Dad!” like pixelated blocks, creepers, and crafting tables. 😂

Indeed it was her movie, and I was just lucky enough to be invited. But watching her eyes light up during it? That was the real gift. Sharing my day with her made it 100% worth it.

Big thank you to everyone who took time out to send love, laughs, and well wishes. I felt all of it and I’m grateful to be surrounded by such good people on this beautiful day.
