It felt like a meaningful way to carry forward the vision Hailey built through RN New Grads: helping new grads feel prepared, confident, and supported as they go after their first hospital job. This came together thanks to Ben from Next Level Nurses. Hailey had collaborated with in the past and she genuinely loved the experience.

This is for new graduate nurses who:โฃ
ย ย ย ย โขย ย ย ย Are graduating in the upcoming semester OR graduated within the last 6 monthsโฃ
ย ย ย ย โขย ย ย ย Are actively pursuing acute-care hospital placement in California (inpatient setting)โฃ
ย ย ย ย โขย ย ย ย Are not currently working in a large acute-care hospital (defined as over 400 beds)โฃ
ย ย ย ย โขย ย ย ย May still apply if currently working in SNF, LTAC, psych, corrections, outpatient, etc.โฃ
ย ย ย ย โขย ย ย ย If youโre outside California, youโre eligible if youโre willing to relocate to California for employmentโฃ
ย ย ย ย โขย ย ย ย Can commit to the 90-day Get Hired program with at least 2 hours per weekโฃ
How to applyโฃ
To apply, youโll submit a one-page, story-driven essay that includes:โฃ
ย ย ย ย 1ย ย ย ย How Hailey positively impacted your nursing journey (a specific post, video, lesson, moment, or shift in confidence)โฃ
ย ย ย ย 2ย ย ย ย How you embody at least two of Haileyโs strongest traits, such as:โฃ
ambition, creativity, mentorship, nursing excellence, personal development, continuous learningโฃ
All essays will be shared with me and Crew and compiled into a memorial book that weโll read every year in Haileyโs honor.โฃ
