The 20 minute rule we all get bored and end up craving food when were not really that hungry Oh maybe weve just got into a pattern of snacking at a certain time But really were not hungry and we could easily wait for our next meal This is where the 20 minute rule comes in Do you feel yourself having a craving say to yourself if Im still craving this thing in 20 minutes Ill allow myself to have it Usually within that time youve realised it was just a craving youll probably just a bit bored and youre not that hungry And then you can make the decision to act on that craving or wait until your next meal or make a better choice of snacks

Replying to wow Sometimes its sinplily a case of earing on the go heres some simple swaps you can make with food on the go to keep your calories where you want them and you on track to your goals Being a calorie deficit doesnt always mean that you have to eat less food Just smarter with your choices of food so youre eating less energy

Its easy to overcomplicate training certain parts of the body Particularly people do this when it comes to training the core try the dead bug keep control with a slow tempo and make sure that your back doesnt leave the floor squeezing the core the entire time this is hands down one of the best exercises I get my clients doing for more core engagement control and strength

Yes a predominantly whole food diet has more nutritional value and will make it far easier to manage your weight and be healthy Its typically higher in protein Full of micro nutrients vitamins and minerals Higher in volume Lower in needless calories less added fatssugars But this doesnt mean you can include some of the delicious processed and convenient foods out there

Imperfect consistency will get you 10X the results over occasionally being perfect In fact being perfect will get you zero because it will be too extreme unsustainable and highly likely to quite A prime example of the classic term yoyo dieting
