Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the shrimp, crab meat, spinach, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

Ingredients:

- 1 bag large marshmallows
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and graham cracker crumbs.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Dip each marshmallow first in the egg mixture, then roll in the flour mixture to coat evenly.

For the Crumble:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Make the Crumble: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Fluff: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well blended. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth.

Chicken Parmesan 😋 Try it, you will not regret it!
Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets
1 cup of regular flour
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of dried basil leaves
1 tsp of dried oregano
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper as required
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 cup of tomato-based marinara sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Use a meat mallet to even out the thickness of the chicken breasts.
Prepare a breading station by placing three shallow dishes side by side. Fill the first dish with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the breaded chicken breasts until they are golden brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

Chicken Breast in Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast, sliced
1 tablespoon Maggi® Complete Seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white onion, sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1 container Carnation® UHT Evaporated Milk (135 ml)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables
Season the chicken breast slices with Maggi® Complete Seasoning.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté for five minutes.
Add the sliced onion and bell peppers (red, yellow, and green). Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Step 2: Prepare the Cream Sauce

Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

8 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or Italian)
Butter, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
24 slices pepperoni
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
Spread pizza sauce evenly onto the unbuttered side of each slice of bread.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce on each slice.
Arrange 6 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese on each slice of bread.
Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, and a pinch of red pepper flakes (if using) over the pepperoni.
Place the remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered side up, on top of the pepperoni and cheese to form sandwiches.

Ingredients :
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
24 tater tots, cooked and crispy
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
12 small pickles slices
6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Lettuce leaves, cut into small pieces
Mayonnaise, for serving
Ketchup, for serving
Toothpicks, for assembly

Instructions :
Prepare the Beef Patties:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix well and form into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cook the Beef Patties:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the mini beef patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked.

Cabbage Soup 🍲
Ingredients:
1 large cabbage, chopped
2 small onions, diced
2 cans of stewed tomatoes
1 pouch of Lipton Onion Soup Mix (any flavor)
1 large celery stalk, chopped finely
Ground beef (1-2 pounds)
Instructions:
Fill a large saucepan halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
Add the chopped cabbage, diced onions, and finely chopped celery to the boiling water, then reduce to a simmer.
In a separate pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Make sure to drain any excess fat.
Stir in your favorite spices along with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix into the beef.
Add the seasoned beef and stewed tomatoes to the simmering vegetables.
Continue to simmer the mixture for a few more minutes, then taste and adjust seasoning as needed. See less

A hearty soup featuring savory meatballs and a variety of fresh vegetables, simmered to perfection in a robust broth.

Ingredients :

1 1/2 pound lean ground beef, chicken, or turkey.
1 egg, lightly whisked.
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan, plus more for serving.
1/3 cup unseasoned bread crumbs.
1 tablespoon dried oregano, divided.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika, divided.
1 cup chopped parsley leaves, divided.
3 to 5 garlic cloves, minced (divided).
Extra virgin olive oil.
Kosher salt.
Black pepper.
1 small onion, chopped.
2 carrots, chopped.
2 celery stalks, chopped.
1 small green bell pepper, chopped.
5 to 6 cups (40-48 ounces) beef, chicken or vegetable broth.
1 (28-ounce) can peeled tomatoes with juices.
3/4 cup small pasta like ditalini or small shells uncooked.
Red pepper flakes for serving (optional).

Instructions :

Craft the meatball combination. Combine beef with egg, parmesan, bread crumbs, oregano, paprika, parsley, and a portion of the garlic in a bowl. Lightly drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Shape the meatballs. Roll the mixture into balls about 1 1/2 tablespoon each. Arrange them on a greased pan and broil for 5 to 8 minutes till brown, then set them aside for further cooking in the soup.
Prepare the vegetables. In a pot, warm up olive oil and add onion, carrot, celery, bell pepper, and the rest of the garlic. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Create the broth. Pour in broth and tomatoes, along with remaining oregano and paprika. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until the soup thickens slightly, approximately 10 minutes.
Incorporate meatballs. Add both the meatballs and pasta to the pot. Let the soup cook for another 10 minutes until the pasta softens and meatballs are cooked thoroughly.

Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients
24 ounces ground pork sausage, 2 breakfast sausage rolls, like Jimmy Dean
12 Hawaiian buns, or other slider buns
8 large eggs, scrambled
6 slices pepper jack cheese
8 slices American cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Warm large skillet over medium heat. Form sausage into 12 patties, slightly larger than one dinner roll. Add sausage to skillet and cook until completely cooked through.
Meanwhile, using a serrated knife, cut rolls in half lengthwise (without breaking apart). Place bottom half of rolls in 7x10-inch or 9x13-inch baking dish; set tops aside.
Scoop scrambled eggs onto bottom rolls; top with pepper jack. Place sausage on top of pepper jack and top with American cheese. Carefully top with top buns.
Combine melted butter and maple syrup in small bowl. Brush over tops of rolls allowing sauce to drip down sides and into bottom. Use entire amount.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Serve and enjoy!
To make for tailgating, use a disposable foil pan, or wrap sliders individually in foil to keep warm.

CrockPot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

1 medium yellow onion finely diced
1 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 ounce can cheddar cheese soup
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cups chicken broth
1 16 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 tube 10 ounce refrigerated flaky biscuit rounds
Instructions
Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray. Add the diced onion. Top with the chicken pieces in an even layer.
In a medium bowl, stir together the soups, thyme, garlic powder and black pepper. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Pour in the chicken broth.
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Stir in the thawed frozen vegetables.
On a lightly floured surface, gently roll out each biscuit into an oval shape, about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut each oval into 6 even pieces.
Carefully arrange the biscuit pieces over the top of the chicken and vegetables. Cover and cook for 45-60 minutes longer, until the dumplings are cooked through.
Transfer the chicken to a serving platter using a slotted spoon. Use two forks to shred the chicken, then return it to the slow cooker. Gently stir the mixture to combine, allowing some dumplings to break up into the broth.
Serve the chicken and dumplings warm. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. See less

1 – 12 oz bag(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot (starting with peanuts). Turn the pot on low, cover with lid, and leave sitting for 2 hours. Then, remove lid and stir to combine.
