HARMONY

A story, whether truth or fiction, has the capacity to raise its intensity by the narrative you create and speak into your reality.

There are choices and there are consequences, however, you do have a choice. The meaning you choose to attach to a story charges your emotional state. How you react, how you allow yourself to ingest the narrative into your soul, much like you would ingest food into your intestines, sets up the impact.

You can narrate this any way you want. It will not change what has already happened, and is now in the past, yet it you can empower yourself to grow, rise, and thrive based on the meaning you place .

What will you feed your mind, your energy, your emotions?

Will you lower or elevate your frequency?

HARMONY AFFIRMATIONS

Regardless of anything that happens, I am choosing the narrative that fuels my mind, energy, and emotions to raise my frequency.

I feel no matter what goes on, life is happening “for me,” not to me.

I attract the best outcomes.

MIND, BODY, SPIRIT

The body is amazing how it will give you what you need. It speaks, if you will listen. Silence the noise, still your soul, and tune into your clock, your body’s rhythm, and nervous system. Download the messages.

We are amazing miracles created of divine energy and light. In the health industry, I work with DNA, epigenetics, and gut health. I once gave a talk called, ‘The DNA Difference.’ You, are that unique difference, that one and only, divine genetic creation. It’s not all about the body however, it’s so much deeper than that. It’s about the mind, the body, and the spirit.

If you’ve heard about DNA, you may have heard about the God Code. Our DNA 🧬 is imprinted energetically. An intricate artwork of geometrical design, one that undeniably connects to spirit.

This is why everything that is fed into our sacred vessel, we call our body, affects us on multidimensional levels of mental, physical, and emotional. One cannot be healed without the other.

Energetically we are dialed into the environments we are surrounded by or choose to surround ourselves with, choose to take in, or tune into.

Most dis-ease in the mind, in the body, or in our emotional states are a misalignment of spiritual consciousness and connection to our energetic field of light that we are made from. That energetic field, is our true source.

It is challenging in this fast paced world to always stay tuned in, and we easily find ourselves drifting away from our source, depleting our energy bank accounts.

For these very reasons, realigning energy, tapping into our own light, strength, courage, wisdom, and creativity that lives within us, is key to our optimal longevity, and joyful journey through this world.

Those that are in alignment, thrive, create more, live longer, experience joy, establish a higher quality of life, and understand how to turn challenges into opportunities to expand, and rise through the ashes, forge from the fire, and breath life into being, doing, living, connecting, and optimizing the gifts of the Universe.

This life is not a race, it’s a journey, a work of art, an architectural design, a mystical creation, infused with love! passion! energy! desire! intention!, and vision!

We have one life that we are conscious of on this demension. One amazing gift within gift that are ours. How will you open each gift? What will you do with those gifts?

Reiki is one gift I have opened, and tapped into my own energy like never before. I am much more aware of the light I carry.

Within the gift of learning Reiki there were many more gifts to unwrap. Release of stuck energy, self-healing, ancestral healing, calm, peace, the ability to be so deeply present, the ability to send energy consciously and lovingly. What a freeing experience this has become along this part of my path.

When you release your heart, trust, let go of the stories, are open to receive, and look with eyes of gratitude, your cells regenerate differently, and energy expands and transcends through all space and time. Frequency is energy. The more magnified the good energy, the higher the frequency.

Your energy is your most powerful gift, your frequency channel to use for your better good and the good of others. May you embrace your light. 🩵

May you be showered with love, awakened with light, and guided by your soul.

May the rain wash your tears and pain, and bring clarity before your eyes.

May you dance in the wild, feel the vibrations of the earth, and all the dimensions.

May joy, excitement, and energy be your strength.

May you trust, believe, live in hope not fear, love not anger, joyfulness not sadness.

May you fly and soar up high, sailing along with the wind, lighting up the stars, beaming rays of light onto earth, landing on the soft sand as you float along the water .

PURPOSE AND WISDOM

Purpose’s nickname was Guide, as Purpose was always focused and calm, undistracted, carried an air of certainty among the unknown. Purpose guided the steps along the path of the journey that would lead to the toward the best outcome for the goal of the mission.

And then there was Wisdom, the mother of Awakening, Vision and Purpose. Wisdom was pure brilliant light, all knowing, the essence of existence in all dimensions. She was the antithesis of fear, pain and darkness. Wisdom swept across the universe with such grace, like the wind leaving kiss of a blessed breeze across all it touched.

As Awakening, Vision and Purpose continued to lead the world, more people continued to become awakened onto Wisdom’s path. The troubles did not cease, yet progress was made, as more leaders like Connection, Collaboration, Knowledge, and Action stepped up, and aligned with Freedom and Wisdom’s family. Their union was named Community, lead by a new leader called, The Rising.

Community still exists to this day, and billions all over the world have formed. Awakening’s mission remains strong and powerful as Wisdom watches over all. It is said the enlightened ones are able to see Wisdom when they look within.

FREQUENCY CONNECTION

Moving on after a loss of a loved one is adapting to a “new normal.” We embrace the future and live our life like our loved ones would have been happy for us to live. We live and honor them by not wasting the life we have been given to continue on the journey. We live with their spirit within our soul, appreciating the energy of their light they have gifted us with their ascension.

Their chair is not empty. They are sharing our chair🪑sitting with us, speaking through us, enlightening us, sending messages through us.

As we open our hearts in stillness and discover this, the grief and loss stop being relived, and we start seeing through a new lense, a new frequency. We understand no one has left. They have changed form. There is the tangible and the intangible. Still, it is matter. It is existence.

We are not alone when we see within. Grief is so personal, and so precious. We all go through it. Knowing we can reframe our human view and connect into a new realm, shifts the dynamic of our healing, our hearts, with gratitude, respect, and honor for our loved ones, while we keep surrendering to pure joy.

The stars and the moon twinkle and illuminate our souls, blessing our paths for what’s to come, and the beautiful gifts we are to receive, from the breath we take at sunrise and our gift of life, to the many magnificent surprises awaiting for us to unwrap. RETURN TO ME
The Remembrance

Interesting insights and feels when I am truthful to myself. I may not like what I see as my shortcomings, yet I am able to look at them with compassion and nurture myself instead of the brow beatings I would inflict on myself many years ago. I used to beat my own self up emotionally. It’s no wonder there were people who did too. It helps me see how I allowed it. It came from me.

The inner work is vital!! This has been life changing in my journey and self remembrance. The more I do this work the more I am able to see how much I have grown, and it has helped my heart to heal from self-inflicted pain. Wow, it really is amazing how far I have come over the years. I get to be proud of this with no shame, no ego just proud in the sense of grateful and joyful.

When you peel the layers back and lay down your masks your left with your true self. It’s a huge weight that falls off your shoulders. It’s as if this heavy curtain disappears and you can be comfortable in your own skin, your messy imperfections, your failures, your accomplishments, the uncertainty of what’s ahead. Your free! THE ART OF BEING IN FLOW

I believe being in flow begins with making a decision as to what you love and value most and focusing your time, and energy on it. It’s decluttering your mind to make space for mental clarity and eliminating the people and things that weigh you down. It’s the blissfully unpredictable, extraordinary moments you seem to source when your energy is open, intentional, and not running like a highway in different directions. Being in flow is living a life “full” and “filled” with what lifts you and others around you up.

And yes, life has its stressful challenges, as it always will. Without knowing the other side of it, we wouldn’t know to appreciate what we have. It’s how we work through those challenges, the perspectives we take, that navigate us back to that decision we made, our Why, above all else, we choose to proceed on the path we desire. Life is an art, messy, and winding, yet beautiful and graceful.

BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD

Dr. Wayne Dyer did a meditation to the ‘I Am’ meditation soundtrack and he said that as we breathe in and out, repeat these words over and over, “Be still . . and Know . . that I Am God (spirit or Source).” What he explained is that we are cells made up of matter. We don’t die and disappear nor are we in the name of . . we evolve and shift and reshape . . our physical being is made of matter. We are all a part of what makes the whole . . therefore we are one. One is our Source. We are the very Source we pray to, seek solstice in. We/You are God . . I Am God. I’ve repeated this “be still and know . . “ to myself when I get that feeling of angst or feel worry or fear want to creep in and it shifts me from inside. It’s what I call the knowing . . the remembrance of who we are . . who we are in that deep sense of matter of the soul . . as I realize that my cells are as much one with yours. We are divine creation. This I believe is why we are drawn to one another and we fill up with love. We are parts of one another on a cellular level as much as spiritual.

Don’t give up faith, hope or stop dreaming no matter how far away it seems. It is there for you too.

Learn about forgiveness and acceptance of self and others. These are key to love and empathy.

Gratitude is the lifesaver. Every little gratitude adds a drop of happiness to your sugar bowl.

"Life happens for us, not to us.” No matter the circumstance. Once I wrapped my head around that it was a life changer.

You are so amazing in your muck. That messy brilliance is becoming your allí that leads to your rise and what you create from.

Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t. You absolutely can. When you show up, lay your beautiful heart on the table and reach out, it is the most vulnerable, yet most full of courage that you are reaching from. That is your powerful moment.

No matter where you are in life, there is hope, something redeeming, and others who care. You are valuable and you matter. Heal your thoughts, your mind, your words, your body. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for. Believe and know it exists. Sometimes it doesn't come easy for all. Life is as it is. You make your own way. You want something, go get it. Don't listen to what's not possible. Listen for what is possible, what you can do, what you can achieve. DREAM BIG! Make a plan, everyday small consistent steps. They turn into big wins. And if you fall back a thousand times, get back up a thousand times and do it again. Find the lesson, make adjustments and keep going.
