MIND, BODY, SPIRIT
The body is amazing how it will give you what you need. It speaks, if you will listen. Silence the noise, still your soul, and tune into your clock, your bodyâs rhythm, and nervous system. Download the messages.
We are amazing miracles created of divine energy and light. In the health industry, I work with DNA, epigenetics, and gut health. I once gave a talk called, âThe DNA Difference.â You, are that unique difference, that one and only, divine genetic creation. Itâs not all about the body however, itâs so much deeper than that. Itâs about the mind, the body, and the spirit.
If youâve heard about DNA, you may have heard about the God Code. Our DNA 𧏠is imprinted energetically. An intricate artwork of geometrical design, one that undeniably connects to spirit.
This is why everything that is fed into our sacred vessel, we call our body, affects us on multidimensional levels of mental, physical, and emotional. One cannot be healed without the other.
Energetically we are dialed into the environments we are surrounded by or choose to surround ourselves with, choose to take in, or tune into.
Most dis-ease in the mind, in the body, or in our emotional states are a misalignment of spiritual consciousness and connection to our energetic field of light that we are made from. That energetic field, is our true source.
It is challenging in this fast paced world to always stay tuned in, and we easily find ourselves drifting away from our source, depleting our energy bank accounts.
For these very reasons, realigning energy, tapping into our own light, strength, courage, wisdom, and creativity that lives within us, is key to our optimal longevity, and joyful journey through this world.
Those that are in alignment, thrive, create more, live longer, experience joy, establish a higher quality of life, and understand how to turn challenges into opportunities to expand, and rise through the ashes, forge from the fire, and breath life into being, doing, living, connecting, and optimizing the gifts of the Universe.
This life is not a race, itâs a journey, a work of art, an architectural design, a mystical creation, infused with love! passion! energy! desire! intention!, and vision!
We have one life that we are conscious of on this demension. One amazing gift within gift that are ours. How will you open each gift? What will you do with those gifts?
Reiki is one gift I have opened, and tapped into my own energy like never before. I am much more aware of the light I carry.
Within the gift of learning Reiki there were many more gifts to unwrap. Release of stuck energy, self-healing, ancestral healing, calm, peace, the ability to be so deeply present, the ability to send energy consciously and lovingly. What a freeing experience this has become along this part of my path.
When you release your heart, trust, let go of the stories, are open to receive, and look with eyes of gratitude, your cells regenerate differently, and energy expands and transcends through all space and time. Frequency is energy. The more magnified the good energy, the higher the frequency.
Your energy is your most powerful gift, your frequency channel to use for your better good and the good of others. May you embrace your light. đ©”
