She didn’t have a collar. She didn’t have a name. And no one seemed to be looking for her.

It was as if the world had quietly moved on leaving behind a soul that still had so much love left to give. Her body was fragile, thin, and trembling worn down by too many days of simply trying to survive.

When we found her, she was curled up at the bottom of a bin, barely visible among the scraps. She didn’t flinch as we approached. Her eyes, dark and soulful, met ours and in that silent gaze, we saw it all.
