Windy palmsprings desert gushing 35mph wind ground level was one of the hardest challenge for sure... did well but it drifted off two times and almost lost connection but managed to come back to papa! But after many tries, we finally got the perfect shot after 4hrs...

Have you seen anything so beautiful? This Gamja-Tang (Port Back-Bone Stew) is seriously out-of-this-world! I have never seen a mountain of pork backbone served like this! I cannot wait for them to open in San Gabriel so I can taste all of their amazing food!
