✈️ His father dreamed of building an airplane. Years later, his son made that dream take flight.

After retiring from his trade, Len Neale could have simply left his tools behind.
Instead, he spent years putting them to work on an extraordinary personal project: building his own aircraft.
The idea was closely connected to his father, who had always dreamed of constructing a plane but never got the chance to finish one.
For Len, the project became a way to carry that unfinished dream forward.
Building an aircraft from scratch required years of patience, practical skills and countless hours of work. Eventually, the aircraft was ready to leave the workshop and enter the sky.
His story is also part of a wider community of Australians who build and fly their own aircraft, combining craftsmanship with a passion for aviation.
But for Len, there is something more personal behind the plane.
It is a reminder that a dream does not always disappear when one generation cannot complete it. Sometimes, it simply waits for the next person to pick it up.
