BIG MAC PIZZA RECIPE AT HOME 🍕🍔
Cheesy beef, pickles, special sauce… you’ll be obsessed!

Ingredients:
Crust:
• 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Sauce (Big Mac style):
• ½ cup mayo
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard
• 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
• 1 tsp pickle juice
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• Pinch of black pepper

Toppings:
• 1 lb (450g) ground beef
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• Salt & pepper
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• Dill pickle slices (pat dry)
• Shredded lettuce (for after baking)
• Sesame seeds (optional)



Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
2. Cook beef: Brown ground beef with chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
3. Make sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
4. Roll dough onto a greased or parchment-lined pan.
5. Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce over dough (save some for drizzle).
6. Sprinkle mozzarella + cheddar.
7. Add cooked beef evenly, then a few pickle slices on top.
8. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
9. After baking: Top with shredded lettuce and extra pickle slices. Drizzle remaining sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds if you like.

Fluffy, tender, melt-in-your-mouth Christmas cookies — perfect for decorating and gifting! ❤️💚

🍽️ Ingredients:

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 ½ cups sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions (NUMBERED):

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg, vanilla, and sour cream to the butter mixture. Mix until smooth.

Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

Scoop dough into balls (about 1–2 tbsp each) and place on the baking sheet.

Flatten lightly with your hand and top with sprinkles if using.

Bake 9–11 minutes, until edges are just set — don’t overbake!

Let cool on the tray 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

Soft, chewy, buttery, and covered in snowy powdered sugar!

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 (15.25 oz) box white or yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (optional)
• 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, beat butter + cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
3. Mix in egg + vanilla until well combined.
4. Add the cake mix and stir until a thick soft dough forms.
• Fold in sprinkles if using.
5. Chill dough 20–30 minutes (helps with rolling).
6. Scoop dough into small balls (1 tbsp each).
7. Roll in powdered sugar until fully coated.
8. Place on tray 2 inches apart.

EASY BAKED ZITI RECIPE 🧀
Comfort food at its BEST — gooey cheese + rich meat sauce!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb (450g) ziti pasta (or penne)
• 1 lb ground beef or turkey (optional, can be meatless)
• 1 jar pasta sauce (about 24 oz / 700g)
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & black pepper
• 1 cup ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh parsley or basil (optional)



Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
2. Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente (don’t overcook). Drain.
3. Make sauce: In a pan heat olive oil, sauté onion + garlic 2 mins. Add meat, cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Pour in pasta sauce and simmer 5 mins.
4. Mix: In a big bowl combine pasta + meat sauce + ricotta.
5. Layer: In a baking dish add half the pasta mix, sprinkle mozzarella + parmesan. Add remaining pasta, top with more mozzarella + parmesan.
6. Bake 20–25 mins until bubbly and golden.

BAKED FETA CHICKPEAS 🔥
Creamy feta, saucy chickpeas, and big flavor in one pan!

Ingredients:
• 2 cans chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
• 1 block feta cheese (200g / 7–8 oz)
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes (or 2 large chopped tomatoes)
• 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, sliced (optional)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
• Salt & black pepper
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh parsley or basil to finish

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
2. In a baking dish add tomatoes, chickpeas, garlic, onion, paprika, oregano, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
3. Place feta block right in the center. Drizzle a little oil on top.
4. Bake 25–30 mins until tomatoes burst and feta is soft & golden.
5. Smash feta and stir everything together into a creamy sauce.

Brie & Cranberry Puff Pastry Tree ✨🎄🧀

Ingredients:

2 sheets puff pastry, thawed

8 oz brie cheese, sliced or cubed

1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)

1 egg (for egg wash)

Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lay one sheet of puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry.

Add brie slices or cubes evenly on top of the cranberry layer.

Place the second puff pastry sheet on top to sandwich the filling.

Use a knife to cut out a large Christmas tree shape (triangle top + trunk bottom).

Slice horizontal “branches” on both sides, leaving the center uncut.

Twist each branch strip 1–2 times to form the tree shape.

Beat the egg and brush the entire tree with egg wash for a golden finish.

Ingredients:
• 1 jar dill pickle chips (or slices)
• 1½–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
• ½ teaspoon paprika or chili flakes (optional)
• Ranch seasoning or dried herbs (optional)
• Non-stick spray or parchment paper



Oven Method:
1. Preheat oven: 200°C / 400°F. Line a tray with parchment paper.
2. Dry pickles: Pat pickle chips really well with paper towels. (This helps them get crispy!)
3. Add cheese:
• Make little cheese piles on the tray (about 1 tbsp each).
• Place 1 pickle chip on top of each pile.
• Sprinkle a pinch more cheese over the pickle.

Traditional Holiday Fruit Cake ✨🍇🎄
A classic, dense, flavor-packed Christmas fruit cake loaded with dried fruits, nuts, warm spices & soaked in rich syrup. This is the old-fashioned holiday dessert everyone remembers! ❤️

🍒 Ingredients:

Fruit Mix:

2 cups mixed dried fruits (raisins, currants, cherries, cranberries)

1 cup chopped dried apricots or pineapple

1/2 cup mixed candied peel (optional)

1/2 cup rum, brandy, or orange juice (soak liquid)

Cake Batter:

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp allspice or cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup orange juice or milk

1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, or walnuts)

Zest of 1 orange

Optional Finishing:

Extra rum/brandy/orange juice for brushing

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep the Fruit

Soak dried fruits in rum, brandy, or orange juice for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor).

2️⃣ Make the Cake

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a loaf pan or 8-inch round pan with parchment.

Cream butter + sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

Whisk flour, baking powder, salt & spices. Add into batter.

Stir in orange zest, soaked fruits (with leftover liquid), nuts, and orange juice/milk.

3️⃣ Bake

Pour into pan.

Bake 1 hour 15 min – 1 hour 30 min, until firm and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

4️⃣ Finish

Cool completely.

Brush top with a little rum or juice for extra moisture.

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 24 hours for best flavor (gets better each day!).
