We all worry way too much about what everyone else thinks.
Are they going to judge me for posting this?

Are they going to think I’m weird for doing this?

Is this picture worth sharing?

But when you think about it it doesn’t matter what everyone thinks. Your friends and family all love you and the people with who your message resonates with will appreciate it.

Don’t let other people on the internet control your life and what you do. Be you and share it.

Axe the fear and throw it away.

I wish I had known these things at the beginning of starting my business journey and want to share it with you:

Get the people you need who understand what you are going through so they can fill you with POSITIVITY and SUPPORT.

Any “failure” you have is an opportunity to GROW and LEARN. See it, reflect on it, learn from it, and then move past it. Don’t dwell on it.

Protect your ENERGY and MIND when it comes to others who are not growing in their business journey. If you are still in the conceptual phase of your business and haven’t started, don’t let the negativity of others influence you.

Keep developing a strong mindset to push past the critics, comments, and negative energy.
I love to hear about and support all like-minded people because we all need those positive influences.

We hold such high expectations for ourselves that we quickly condemn ourselves for not meeting them.

We tell ourselves, “I have to ALWAYS be friendly.”

Or “I should NEVER miss an opportunity to be kind.”

Or “I will ALWAYS show up to work hard everyday.”

And if we miss the mark we quickly tear ourselves down.

But even in our strengths we will mess up and fall short.

We all make mistakes.

Always remember to be gentle with yourself.

Just keep moving forward.

⏰ I turn on the TV to look at some local news, then I go over to Bloomberg business, check all of my business and personal emails and coffee orders.
🍌 Breakfast consists of oatmeal, banana, and of course a cup Big Joe's Coffee.
⏰ Read some Facebook and Instagram posts, walk my dog Monte, attend some Zoom meetings.
⏰ Go out and promote my coffee on a local level
After that ending my day I will read a good book, look at a bit of television not much, and mentally prepare for the next day
Sound familiar? You aren’t alone. I hear this a LOT.
The reason you can't organize is because you have to learn how to focus more and you have no idea what works so you are trying all the things, going into overwhelm mode and then getting distracted with something that doesn’t help you out at all.
I’d love to help you get clear on your path so that you can execute your time better, having the self-gratification that you have completed your tasks and goals.

THERE IS A BETTER LIFE WAITING FOR YOU.
You just need to choose it.
I remember feeling like I would never get my AA degree in business management and I really thought about quitting because I could not master the computer but I kept going and graduated.
At the time that I started college, I was 50 years old. And maybe I was just too old to deal with the rigors of college!!!
But I am so glad that I didn’t because now I have an education that nobody can take away, now I truly understand the mechanics of business, and it made it easier to start Joe's Coffee because of my schooling and experience in business.
I tell you this because I want you to realize I WAS YOU.
I used to feel the same way… I just finally decided I’d had enough.
I was ready for change.

Believe it to be true, feel it happening, know it is true, and expect it to happen.

Love one another.

Be kind to one another.

And understand that everyone is on their own unique path that may be different from yours, but equally just as good.

We don’t know what each person is going through and never will-but I choose to give people the benefit of the doubt.

The coworker who is grumpy every morning-choose to love them.

The friend who flakes on your plans every weekend-choose kindness.

The family member who criticizes your life choices and path-choose love.
