How many bad developers does it take to waste money on a terrible development that the community doesn't want? Probably the same number of developers who ignored boring tests and built a sinking tower in San Francisco. Maybe they can't pick up the hint so here it is more clearly- we don't want your leaning tower nightmare in our neighborhood. Please leave.

Tell the CPC we want to see real population data and not their overblown 2016 S**G report. Show me some census data that supports the claim of such large population growth, that we need to build thousands of units. People are leaving in droves, so much so that the state might lose a representative. So what are we supposed to do with all of this up-zoned FAR we will never use, transfer it to Boise?

The Hollywood Community Plan will be back before the City Planning Commission on March 18th. Have you submitted a comment? Are you concerned about the impacts that the plan will have on Hollywood? Do you want a creative way to push back? Our friends at https://www.housinghumanright.org/ have put together some crafty lawn signs/window signs. They also have a petition you can sign, or a call to action if you want to contact your elected official.
