This is one of the hardest to talk about, because the word Victim has a huge stigma, and as a society, we "frown on" people acting like a Victim.

However.....
In my work with clients and teams, I find this sneaky Saboteur to be incredibly common, while being one of the least addressed.

Sure, Victim can look like the person who always complains and lets everyone around them know why life is so miserable.

But Victim can also look like:

😑 Never feeling like you belong
😑 Happy for others' success, but convinced it'll never work that way for you
😑Highly upset if things appear to be unfair/unjust
😑 Feeling awkward when you say positive things about yourself or others

👉🏼Swipe through the slides to see other lies the Victim believes.

❓ How does the Victim show up for you or those you work with? Share below! (no shame!!)

Has perfectionism been a familiar road for you?

Check this out--the Stickler is a saboteur voice that uses exact standards (aka: Perfectionism) to keep you in a loop of perpetual dissatisfaction & feeling like you and/or the people around you aren't doing good enough.

Scroll through the slides to see how many of these top 5 lies you relate to.

Comment below with that make you go "Hi, It's me!"

If you have a tendency toward the Stickler voice, chances are you have a lot of great ideas, but get stuck in inaction because you're worried about doing it well enough. All-or-nothing is a common cycle for the Stickler.

Knowing what other Saboteurs are at work can help you create an action plan to keep you in positive momentum, releasing the pressure to do everything so perfectly (or not at all). Grab a free mini-session with me to find out which other saboteurs are partnering with your Stickler--DM me "Quiz" for the link!

Life is already hard.

But are you making it harder than it needs to be?

The way you process life's stress, derailments, and expectations can either ease or increase stress.

THere's a 97% chance that you're doing at least one thing to consistently make life harder.

Swipe through to see if you're (unknowingly) making life harder.. Share in the comments!

We will chat about why we default to old patterns, even when we desperately want to shake them.

Fell off on your health improvement?
Gave up on being patient with the irritating co-worker?
Binged Netflix instead of writing (or reading)another chapter?

Can (EQ) be taught or is it just a natural ability?

Why is it that some people seem to be gifted when it comes to understanding how to communicate, lead or engage with others...while others struggle?

If you (or the team you lead) needs a boost in the EQ realm, I have good news!

EQ CAN be improved.

Regardless of age, background or how stubborn your current habits are.

Studies have shown that learning Positive Intelligence (PQ) practices improve every single aspect of EQ. PQ techniques, which I teach in my 7-week Mind Mastery Bootcamp, have helped leaders and teams generate astounding results including:

⭐️ 97% increase in empathy
⭐️ 91% increase in emotional self-control
⭐️ 83% improvement in self-confidence
⭐️ 84% are better at conflict management
⭐️92% improved teamwork and collaboration

These results happen after just 7 weeks of learning new skills & practicing consistently.

Do you and/or your team need an EQ boost? Trust my expertise and tools to get you there.

Let me introduce you to HYPER-RATIONAL

Hyper-rational, like all Saboteurs, is great at making its "host" feel like there is no better way to think, believe, and operate.

This particular inner voice is driven by data, facts, and logic.
It's averse to emotions, feelings, and needs.

Most folks who deal with the Hyper Rational are short on patience for anything that doesn't connect to the most logical (aka: "smartest") way of doing things. If you find yourself judging others for NOT being logical or rational...then your Hyper Rational is in full effect!

Suspect you might have a Hyper Rational inner voice? Or know someone who does?
Next steps:
1) Scroll to read 5 of the biggest lies the Hyper Rational Believes
2) Comment below with the that resonate the most
3) Pay attention to the "rational" thoughts you have about why you need a Hyper Rational voice to lead your life
4) DM me "Quiz" to take a scientifically-backed, research-based quiz that identifies your top Saboteurs.....so that you can keep the GOOD pieces of them, but eliminate the ways that Hyper Rational might be causing rifts in your relationships, leadership, or overall career progress.

CLIENT WIN!

Hannah took the 7-week Mind Mastery Bootcamp and was surprised at how practical it was.

In Bootcamp, she discovered an underlying belief that her "best days" were behind her, which meant a bleak outlook on her ongoing happiness, peace, and contentment.

As she unraveled the lies of her Saboteurs, she also found an incredible gift--- her inner Sage, the one with an abundance of wisdom, joy, and free spirit--was still alive and kicking!

Hannah found more ease in her life at home AND work because of Bootcamp, and she continues to grow using the principles learned in just 7 weeks.

Listen to the video to hear what she says to anyone considering signing up for the next Bootcamp!

If you'd like info on the next Bootcamp, comment or DM "Bootcamp"
