A city that somehow always feels like a movie.

When I moved to Los Angeles on April 20 last year, I weighed exactly 225 pounds.

Today I’m officially 185 pounds.

Forty pounds down in 14 months and 14 days.

I know there’s still work to do, but I’m really proud of myself. This move changed my life in more ways than one, and this is one of those reminders that showing up for yourself every day really does add up.

What a Memorial Day weekend. Checked into Hot City Hotel with Bonnie McKee at the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

I don’t get genuinely starstruck often, but meeting someone whose songwriting has inspired me for years was surreal. Grateful for the moment 🤍
