Marc John Jefferies

Marc John Jeffries is cast as Tim, the bright yet reclusive teenager who stumbles upon an opportunity with a mysterious fraternal organization simply known as The League in "Brother's Keeper".

About Marc:
Jefferies debuted as the title character “Isaiah”, in the 1995 drama, Losing Isaiah as a toddler. He was also featured in a commercial for PeoplePC. In 2005, he portrayed a young Curtis ‘50 Cent’ Jackson in Get Rich or Die Tryin,’.

He was in many popular films when he was younger, these included The Haunted Mansion, Stuart Little 2, Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle and Spider-Man 2. He’s was Young Dre in “Brown Sugar”. He also did voiceovers in the films Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc. He also played Derrick on the NBC sitcom The Tracy Morgan Show.

He recently portrayed the rapper Lil’ Cease in the 2009 movie, Notorious. His television features include Dexter and Treme, the HBO drama series set in post-Katrina New Orleans.
