✨Food skincare tips that worked FOR ME 🙌 everyone’s body is different and everyone’s solution is different. These tips worked for me because 1) for the most part they are backed up by science 🧬 but also anecdotally this worked for me. After years of creams and lotions…. This + a calming skincare routine + tretinoin have done my skin WELL. ESPECIALLY being committed to these tips!

‼️Share this with your makeup lover friends who also doesn’t skip sunscreen‼️

As someone who is always going for a natural/ undetectable makeup look I have found over the years that sunscreen can make or break your complexion for the day!

The sunscreen has to be 1) hydrating enough so your complexion products don’t look all dry in a couple of hours 2) the formula can’t be exfoliating or astringent because otherwise it will make your dry patches more pronounced and 3) they gotta be lightweight & have some skincare extracts so that my skin is prepped perfectly for makeup! So that it can double as a primer as well!

I use all of these on different occasions! The cica sunscreen for when I’m feeling sensitive and want to deal with acne and get a dewy finish. The rice sunsceeen if I want high protection and a less dewy finish. The one is new to me but it is great for blurring and as a zinc based sunscreen it doesn’t dry me out! It’s a great one I’m so impressed. And lastly the cica lotion is great for days where I am super dry or want my routine to be quick and I can double it up as my moisturizer!

✨The Glow Routine ⬇️⬇️⬇️

😮‍💨the giving essence GIVES glow. I now understand why it’s a premium essence. So glowy, lightweight, yet nourishing. So damn good.

🥰The hydraelixir serum is like a drink of water for your skin while also being good for acne prone skin? The best hydrating serum MADE my people who deal with adult acne!

👀The auracle eye cream is just dewy under eye in a bottle . It makes you look awake and preps the skin perfectly for concealor!

🥛The dynasty cream is a new one in the routine but I already love it. Ceramides, rice water, and honey are dream ingredients for acne prone skin skin, pigmentation , and skin barrier care! And texture is lighter than I thought it would be!

🍃The cica calming sunscreen spf 50+ PA ++++ is one of my favorite sunscreens of all time. Soothing, calming, dewy, doesn’t bother my eyes, never pills, great protection, perfect primer for makeup. Need I say more ????

This routine has me GLOWING on the inside and out 😌

😱Yesterday was totally turned around from a Santa Barbara winery trip to staying in LA due to the weather ! So now I’ll be having two birthday celebrations! Hahaha!

🥹honestly what made my day was the outpouring of birthday wishes from hundreds of people. I’m amazed at how many people actually care and how many people I’ve made friends with. It’s a wonderful thing to witness when my intention two years ago was to make more friends and I’ve accomplished that!

🥰Can’t wait for the rest of my birthday month! And all of the fun things I’ll be doing!
