Effective August 19, 2024, we have officially severed all ties with Raven Wilson and any companies, entities, or business names associated with her. She is not authorized to represent us in any capacity.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following brands she has misrepresented.

Asian Fashion Week
Asian Fashion Magazine
Exquisite International Magazine
Manila Up International Magazine
Supermodel Runway Competition
Unauthorized Use of Company Identity Any communications, events, or business activities claiming to represent these brands under Raven Wilson are fraudulent, misleading, and unauthorized. Such actions include the illegal use of company names, altered signatures, falsified representations, and the unauthorized collection of funds.
Our Position
The last official Supermodel Competition organized by our company was on November 19, 2023 at Hotel Indigo.
We did not organize or authorize any competition in 2024.
We do not authorize anyone to collect funds or payments on our behalf.
Any claims to the contrary are false and should be disregarded.
Commitment to Integrity
We protect the integrity of our companies, brands, and partners. Any activities conducted under Raven Wilson’s name or associated entities are to be treated as invalid and unauthorized. This matter is being addressed through the proper legal and regulatory channels.
