Sunset Sound is once again abusing the YouTube copyright system and attempting to get these historic interviews taken down and pursue the total removal of this channel.

Let me state this plainly: Sunset and I have a signed contract, and you know exactly what obligations are in that agreement Paul. I came up with the IP, I financed the cameras, I did all the production, all the years of editing — every single piece of this show came from my Intellect, my sweat and my work. You never even booked one guest!!! You never paid me one dollar! Yet somehow, me being the kind person I am- I offered for you to take a massive portion of the revenue and you have gotten well over $35,000 and now there is still this lame effort to erase the very content "I" created which your studio got all a ton of free exposure from. I was the marketing director of Sunset Sound for 5 years. This show was separate from that and the contract below proves that!!
These repeated actions by you include business sabotage, torturous interference, and blatant disregard for contractual commitments. We have a signed contract!!!!! Youre claiming copyright on a logo? Then give me all the money you were paid!!
And the timing? Right before the holidays — which only underscores the hostility behind these moves and is so reminiscent of last year at this time when you stiffed me on all my paychecks as well as every other deal point of my contract- right before Xmas.

I’m done staying quiet. I’m going live on YouTube, and I will be addressing every detail and exposing the HELL that this guy has put me through after I spent 5 years working my ass off for this studio!! The 1st year I even worked for FREE ! I just simply wanted to help a historic space!!
