Every transaction starts with a plan.

But sometimes, life changes the plan.

That happened suddenly for our seller with this South LA fourplex. Circumstances changed, and the original strategy no longer made sense.

So we pivoted.

We reassessed, adjusted our strategy, and executed—and ultimately got our seller to the finish line. 🏁
