Remembering Dennis Haskins. ❤️

We had the pleasure of working with Dennis years ago on a Saved by the Bell puppet parody with Rob Riggle for FOX NFL’s Riggle’s Picks. He was incredibly kind and generous, taking the time to talk with us about puppetry and express his appreciation for our puppeteers. And when the cameras weren’t rolling, he was just as funny.

Here’s a brief excerpt from that shoot that we’re grateful to be able to share.

Our thoughts go out to his family and friends. R.I.P.

Diego is back. 🙌

One of our all-time favorite characters! Always grateful to our friend Rudy Mancuso and for letting us continue to play a small part in his life.

Always a good day when Diego is asking the questions.

🚫 Stop using hot glue to build puppets.

If you’re gluing foam together with hot glue, you’re making your life harder.

In this week’s Technique Tuesday, we’re showing you why we almost always reach for Barge Cement instead. It creates stronger, cleaner, more flexible seams that hold up to performance.

⚠️ Always use contact cement in a well-ventilated area and follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

💾 Save this for your next project.
