This month we are excited to have Talaya Trigueros, on-air talent/host of SiriusXM Watercolors Channel 66 (Monday through Saturday) and occasionally of Real Jazz Channel 67. In this episode, Talaya discusses her award-winning, nearly 50-year radio career, from her beginnings at the University of New Mexico’s KUNM playing Latin Jazz and Salsa, landing her own show at legendary Berkeley Jazz station KRE-AM, to launching The Quiet Storm at KUTE in Los Angeles (where she became the first in the country to interview Sade and play "Smooth Operator"!) Talaya's success in radio has been unmatched and we can't wait to hear what's in store.

A great night for our composers and performers at last night's Mark Awards. We won both our nominations for 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 and 𝙑𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 and we couldn't be happier.
