A few weeks ago our flock basically kicked out our bantam— HayHay. They all grew up together but we noticed the others chasing her in the garden one day and the. She disappeared for two days. She would randomly show up running across the yard and we would go outside to get her and she would literally be no where in sight.
After a week of her disappearing act I started leaving her piles of snacks and it brought her back but every time we let the chickens out to free range she would wander to the other side of the fence away from the other chickens. It’s to the point we don’t even put her in the coop anymore. Shes created a home somewhere under the bushes by our house.
Why would they do this?
PS she is happy! She gets more attention than the others and is living her best life.

My kids think I've completely lost my mind but good thing I already raised them and don't need anyone's permission anymore, haha.
I was so tired of boring beige everything, felt like I was living in a doctor's office instead of my own home. Divorce finalized six months ago and first thing I did was rip out those depressing brown cabinets and go full rainbow.
My daughter walked in yesterday and just stood there with her mouth open. "Mom, this is either genius or you've had a breakdown and I can't tell which." My son texted me a picture of it with crying-laughing emojis and the caption "my mom chose violence."
But you know what? I wake up happy now. Every morning I walk into this explosion of color and feel alive again instead of invisible.
Ordered the rug and matching dish towels using the vision feature on Tedooo app where I just wrote exactly what I wanted and they generated designs that matched my kitchen perfectly. Got the whole set custom-made by crafters on there who totally understood the assignment.
Thank you 21st century for this glimpse into the future where I can literally describe my dreams and someone makes them real. Already planning to do the bathroom in turquoise next because apparently I'm just getting started with this color therapy thing.

Outside POV for Wedding Dress Choice
Did I make the right choice? I bought the first dress a few months ago and still love it. There were my top 3. I really wanted a simple, yet sophisticated and elegant dress that I would never look back to regret or see as “trendy”. I’m not artsy in the slightest, which led me to pick #1. The few people I’ve shared pictures with say they love it, but I feel like they have to say that lol. Would you consider #1 to be elegant and timeless?
