When one speaks of LOSING, the first thing someone thinks of is being DEFEATED. How about YOU?

It's time to PROSPER yourself to become Rich in Health, Rich in Mind and Rich in Body and therefore Rich in Spirit which leads you into CHANGE and a better YOU to become rich or richer in your PURPOSE. And if you should WIN, you would say you CONQUERED, you WON or you GAINED something…Well “LOSING TO WIN” is the conquering of self by defeating excess body weight, dead weight, the weight of procra

stination, the weight of lack and more and gaining the assurance to LIVE A LIFE OF FULFILLMENT, LOVE and JOY!!! I have never been so ready to lose...WEIGHT that is. I'm ready to lose, so that I can win. It is important to me to increase my physical and mental stamina. It is an immediate urgency that I began to make a change. Weight lose for me is regaining my healthy status; Maintaining a proper perspective about loving myself, monitoring and maintaining my blood pressure, strengthening my muscles and knee joints, reducing body fat as well as renewing my mind to a healthier me. In doing all this I must engage my body with exercising, something I'm guilty of not doing. Exercise is an important factor in my reality of change. I am ready and willing to take the effort in becoming MORE BEAUTIFUL. As I continue to develop a new lifestyle of being healthy, I am also establishing myself with a new look as the Editor-in-Chief of Tight Rope Magazine. I am encouraged and hopeful that there are Tight Rope fans that will join in "Losing To Win". -Yolanda Ketchum

Hey Champions 🏅Here I am 😊 Before & After pic of myself on this journey of losing weight and walking in purpose... I'M NOT DONE YET!! Haha!!! This has been a long journey of up and down... up and down... Time and time again; but Here I am. I'm not judging myself and neither should you on your journey. Things happen... Even if that "thing" is you! 😘 and ITS OKAY! For real!!!

I'm at a point that NO-THING can stop 🛑 me now. I've made strides, but again I have so much more do. I've lost the weight, but I'm not toned 🙃😔 I can only blame me. I didn't exercise or use weights at the beginning; I just lost weight. So, now I feel like I am working backwards to transform my body into what I desire. And I'm going to do it! Yes, it'll take a while, but I'm worth it! My health is worth it!!!

I want you to be encouraged and STAY THE COURSE for YOU! I'm here for YOU! That's the reason for this platform. I invite you to join me... it's going to get better! Don't trust me... Trust yourself and do the work; I'll be right here doing work with you! You see, my mission is to encourage others into believing they are worth it, even on what some may call bad days, procrastination days, don't care days, painful days, etc...as I continue to encourage myself taking this journey together with you!
