The Story of “ILLINOIS BOY” and the single “Serrous”.... OUT NOW!!! In 2004 and I along with put this album together in Naki’s basement.. They had a meeting at Sony with he picked the record “Serrous” as Diszwone first single. A week later asked if they had a record for the Violator mixtape he was pressing for Grammy week in LA. They gave him “Serrous”. A few days later they receive a call from Power 92’s saying “aye man your song on this mixtape is blowing up out here in LA these label cats got it on repeat do you have a clean for radio?”. Boolumaster then broke the record at radio and the rest was history!!!! Thank you to everyone that had a hand in making this record special.
