In-N-Out Burger’s president and owner said she plans to relocate with her family to Tennessee where the company is working to open an office to support a planned expansion.

“There’s a lot of great things about California, but raising a family is not easy here,” Lynsi Snyder said on a podcast. “Doing business is not easy here.”

She also said the bulk of the company’s stores will remain in California and reiterated plans to close its Irvine office and consolidate the company’s West Coast headquarters in Baldwin Park.
