Sometimes you need to re-think your property's social media strategy and the start of the new year provides the perfect opportunity to do so! Along with having a gorgeous property, it is crucial to keep up with the constant changes and trends that occur almost daily on social media channels. Here are some ways to boost your property's engagement organically:

✨ Show off the faces behind the property! This gives residents and potential residents a feel for what your property is all about and what the culture is like on-site.
✨ Host giveaways! It is easy to get residents involved when winning something is a possibility. Host giveaways and make the submissions digital (ex: tag 3 friends in the comments for an entry).
✨ Collaborate! Get involved with the local community by collaborating with local businesses or residents on content (ex: partner with a local restaurant for a resident discount and promote it on social channels).
✨ Carousels & more carousels! Did you know Instagram carousel posts earn, on average, 1.4x more reach and 3.1x more engagement than regular posts on Instagram? (According to Hootsuite)
