Long time no see! As shared on IG a while back, I got married, and I shared some moments in my new YT video☺️ Since it's been nearly 5 years since my last upload, I honestly thought many people wouldn’t notice, but reading all the heartwarming comments (from those who have been with me since the very beginning as well!) truly touched me.🩵 As always, it's in both English and Japanese created entirely by me🤗🇺🇸🇯🇵 Looking forward to re-connecting with you there!

最後にYouTubeにアップした時から、気づけば4年8ヶ月も経っていました！今回久々に動画を英語＆日本語で作り、その工程の多さ、細かい編集作業と調整の繰り返しの大変さに苦労しました（笑）それでも初期から見て下さっていた方々からの温かいコメントが本当にありがたかったです✨

動画内での英語は聞き取りやすいように、ゆっくり＆ハッキリと発音していますので、ホリデーシーズンに向けてハワイ旅行の計画をされる方も、英語学習や旅の参考などに少しでもお役に立てたら嬉しいです☺️🎀

この度、かねてよりお付き合いしておりました方と結婚することになりました✨

I'm going to get married!💖
Ever since the day I met him, I thought that he was such a polite and caring person with the warmest smile. As I got to know him more day by day, he also turned out to be the funniest yet most hardworking, intelligent person. Throughout the years, I've never heard him boast about his achievements, but how he is able to make every goal he sets for himself come true was clear through his strong dedication and perseverance. On top of that, being with him makes any moment precious and unforgettable. I love him with my whole heart and feel so blessed to spend the rest of my life with him.😊

Until now, I've never publicized my "love life" as I'm not the type to post that type of content, but I did want to share about this exciting new chapter with you all. I will continue working and hustling as I have until now, but my environment and lifestyle will change...! Knowing that we can get through anything together, I am so excited to begin the journey ahead of us.❤️

いつも心穏やかで器が大きく、常に上を目指し妥協しない彼に、私は多くの刺激を受け成長することができました。

彼が成し遂げてきたことの苦労と自慢を一度も聞いたことはありませんが、その計り知れない努力、そして一つ一つの目標を着実に達成していく姿を心から尊敬しています。

今まで恋愛に関する投稿をしたことがありませんでしたが、これから環境も代わり、人生の新たなスタートということでご報告をさせて頂きました。

Had my hair cut & permed it since it’s Summer!😆🙌☀️ It’s been ages since my hair has been this short + my first time doing a natural wavy perm! Thanks to my amazing hair stylists and to everyone who suggested it💖 It’s been SO easy for me to simply go out without having to spend time curling and styling it☺️
I finally had a weekend off so I went to my fave lunch spot where you can enjoy the stunning NYC skyline. also got some beauty/sports/fashion shopping done✌️ Hope you’re staying cool in this Summer heat (or bundled up depending on where you live!), and have a great week ahead😄

猛暑が続くニューヨーク。暑いので髪をバッサリ切り（ここまで短くしたのはかなり久々😊）、初のゆるウェーブパーマをかけてみました！🙈 何もスタイリングしなくても外出できるのでとても快適です(*´︶`*)♪

週末は久しぶりのお休みで、ニューヨークの絶景を一望できるお気に入りのレストランでランチをしたり、ゆったりとお買い物をしたり... とてもリラックスできる時間を過ごせました。

7月23日よる7時放送の「火曜サプライズ！」2時間スペシャルに出演させて頂きます‼️😄📺🇯🇵💛 「ニューヨークぶらり旅」にMCのヒロミさん、藤森慎吾さん、ゲストのDA PUMP ISSAさんと共に、私はニューヨークのガイド役としてNYCを満喫するためのツアー・ベストスポットを巡ります！🗽
今回番組に出演するきっかけは... 実はディレクターが私のLAでの幼馴染（写真一番左）だったんです！😆 スワイプした３枚目の写真は、当時通っていたLAの小学校（2年生）でのダンス発表会の時のものです。
幼い頃に家も近くいつも一緒に遊んでいた友達と、こんな形で同じ現場で一緒に仕事ができるとは...もちろん当時は想像もできませんでした。人生って時々ビックリすることが起こりますよね😳

I'll be appearing in Japan's popular tv show, "Kayou Surprise!" airing on 7/23 at 7PM (JST) which will be a special 2-hour episode!😊🙌 It's going to be a fun-filled and packed episode where I be guiding Mr. Hiromi, Shingo Fujimori, and DA PUMP's ISSA all around NYC's must-visit spots.🍎🔍
The interesting story behind this appearance is that the director of this show is actually my childhood friend from LA! The third pic is us at our elementary school's assembly. We lived really close by growing up and I would've never thought I'd have the opportunity to work with her like this many years later! Life is full of unexpected surprises.🎀

Four Japanese players created history by playing in Summer League this year and are paving the way for aspiring NBA players. Regardless of nationality, size, or where they've come from, seeing these players give everything they've got truly brings everyone in the arena together and moves peoples' hearts. Thank you so much to the entire NBA team for the invite to this super exclusive press conference.🙏✨

世界最高峰のプロバスケットボールリーグ「NBA」のアダム・シルバーコミッショナーの特別会見に、光栄にもご招待いただきました。今回はNBA SLに日本人選手が４名も出場していること、そしてNBAの更なるグローバル化についてのご意見を伺うことができました✨（NBA TVなどで放送された動画は、私のインスタグラムにもアップしています！）

このサマーリーグには、20カ国以上から才能溢れる選手たちが自分の力をアピール＆チャンスを掴むために集まっているそうです。コミッショナーは、「その様な場を遠く日本からも注目してくれていることが大変嬉しい」と語って下さいました。

ラスベガス・サマーリーグでの素晴らしいプレーは、人の心を動かし、国境も人種も関係なく一気にアリーナ内を一つにしてくれます。今後も日本人選手を含め海外からの選手もどんどん活躍し、NBAが更に更にグローバルになってほしいと強く願います。

Taking off to Las Vegas for reporting & interviewing at NBA Summer League again!✈️✨ Rui Hachimura made history by becoming the first Japanese player to be drafted in the first round of the 2019 NBA Draft (9th pick overall). Hachimura as well as three other Japanese players made it into the roster of SL this year, creating a huge buzz across Japan and the states!🇯🇵🇺🇸💪🔥

My interview & feature in Japan's most well-known ballet magazine, "Clara" is out now!☺️🎀 I shared my story from when I started ballet, struggles I overcame, how ballet lead me to my current job as a TV reporter, & more✨�I started ballet quite late but still remember the day I bought my first "Clara" magazine with my allowance at 10 years old. ‬It's a magazine that’s very dear to me and I'll especially cherish this July edition.💖

Be a part of the solution, NOT the pollution.💪 I've been staying hydrated by keeping my fave beverage in a collapsible, reusable, and leak-proof cup. It's also made from food grade, recyclable materials that comes with a removable straw. It indeed is difficult to completely end the use of plastic in a short period of time, but what we can do is to stop waiting for others to do it and make your own move. Let’s take it one step at a time to get closer to ending disposable culture.✨

プラスチックは軽くて丈夫で耐水性もあって便利な素材ですが、プラスチック製のレジ袋が完全に自然分解されるには1000年以上かかると言われています。このままプラスチック使用を続ければ、あと30年以内に海のプラスチックごみが海の魚の量を超えるかもしれないそうです。
全くプラスチックを使用しないというのは難しいかもしれませんが、私は出来るだけマイボトルやマイバックを持ち歩き、プラスチックの利用を減らしていけるように心がけています。
私が使っているこちらのカップは、リサイクルされた素材から作られた折りたたみ式のカップ＆ストローで、繰り返し使用することができます。
ほんの少しの個人の努力で世界全体でのプラスチック使用量は減らすことが出来ますので、国連で行われているSDGsの「健全で生産的な海洋の実現」に少しでもご協力いただけると嬉しいです✨

Honored to be informed that I was the top influencer for NBA content in May!✨ I captured moments at the games + did a shoot in collab with ballet this time.💙 I'm glad that I was able to help even a little bit by sharing and spreading how incredible this league is.😊 The NBA Finals is tied 1-1 between the Raptors and Warriors. With several players yet to return and/or injured, it's truly a matchup that's difficult to make predictions. I absolutely love this time of the year where fans from all around the globe come together to watch the most intense and high level game from both teams. Wishing all the best for both sides!!🙌🏀🔥
