Getting inspiration from this 6 million dollar home jn Venice Beach.
Steve and I are planning on making an AiRBNb studio in our garage and this house had done it so well! With epoxy white floors, fake fur and Moroccan rugs. The mini bar was perfect too, we will replicate that.

Last day in Venice Beach for the long weekend.
Miss living here so much. I miss my daily @bluebottle and the walks to Santa Monica.
Came to meet up with my amazing writers and to film Access Hollywood.
When I get home, tomorrow it’s straight back to work on the weekly podcast.
I’m going to now focus on how to buy an investment property here and rent on Airbnb.
