Heading home to see mom and dad✈️ An adventure for sure… switched airports to minimize logistics at the airport, rental car company came to get car so I didn’t have to drive it back, got an awesome Lyft driver who got me into the terminal, checkin agent came around and gave me a big hug and escorted me to the wheelchair people, they took me to get food and to gate, got the only empty middle seat next to me, a great seat mate and we are taking off almost on schedule. Our plane had a broken overhead but Jake from SW came with some super strong 4” duct tape and we are good to go! Pain is thru the roof but meds are definitely helping and hopefully I can sleep after takeoff. So excited to get home and take a long bath🛁, watch football 🏈 watch Christmas movies and sleep the rest of the week😴 I love traveling during the holidays when all of the decorations are out. How do you feel about traveling during the holidays?!?
