Why You Might Not Need Your Antibiotics
on DailyVitaminz.com
Walk into a doctor's office for just about anything, a sore throat, sinus infection or headache, and you are bound to leave with a prescription for antibiotics. Often times taking antibiotics will be of no help in healing your ailment and you would be better off with an alternative treatment. Because of the over-prescription of antibiotics and our exposure to antibiotics in the food supply, many bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotic treatment. This means that a seemingly common infection could become deadly because we are no longer equipped to fight it. With antibiotic resistant infections on the rise, make sure you know exactly why your doctor is writing you that prescription, and if I were you...toss it away and go the natural route.
